Watts Homes - Alabama Home Builders
For over 30 years, Ted Watts Sr. has enjoyed a reputation for excellence in homebuilding within the Montgomery area. Within a decade of his 1972 entry into the building industry, Ted Sr. succeeded in molding a company whose name represented superior craftsmanship and uncompromising quality.

Construction of quality homes requires more than lumber, nails and bolts. It requires the dedication of a wide range of people who coordinate every stage of homebuilding, from the groundbreaking on a lot to the final coat of paint to the house.

Watts Homes owes it success to its excellent support team, which includes builders, developers and REALTORS. Each person shares company President Ted Watts Sr.'s commitment to excellence in material and construction, and to superior professional and ethical standards.

A Watts Home is truly an investment in the future.

Sorry, I'm not a Home Builder, but I try and answer anwyay.Hardwoods-From broad-leafed deciduous trees, such as the oak, walnut, maple, birch, cherry, rosewood, teak and mahogany are stronger and longer lasting. Softwood from coniferous trees, such as pine, cedar, fir, hemlock, redwood, spruce, cypress and basswood. Softwood vary in their resistance to weather, cedar and redwood have natural weather resistance. U must take wood grades and standard sizes into consideration too. Happy Home Building-Ciao
